The Argentine Government strongly condemns the attack perpetrated at a police station in Barranquilla, Colombia, which has left many dead and injured.

The Argentine Republic conveys its condolences and solidarity to the Government and people of Colombia, and hopes for a speedy recovery of those injured.

Argentina reaffirms its respect for human life and its staunch rejection of violence in any of its forms, as well as its willingness to assist in its eradication, within the framework of international law and respect for human rights.
