The Argentine Government strongly condemns the terrorist attack perpetrated on 24 July in the city of Lahore, which has left 26 dead and over 60 injured.

The Argentine Republic conveys its condolences and solidarity to the Government and people of Pakistan, as well as to the families of the victims, and hopes for a speedy recovery of those injured.

The Argentine Government reaffirms its will to strengthen the fight against terrorism and to guarantee international peace and security, within the framework of international law and respect for human rights.
