The Argentine Government regrets the accident that occurred near Bahawalpur, Punjab Province, in which a fuel-loaded tanker caught fire to the east of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, leaving more than 150 dead and over a hundred injured.

The Argentine Republic conveys its condolences and expresses its solidarity to the Pakistani Government and people, as well as to the victims' families, and hopes for the speedy recovery of those injured.
