The Argentine Government conveys its solidarity to the Government of Chile following the gunmen attack on the Chilean Ambassador to Haiti, Patricio Utreras, on his way to an event by NGO América Solidaria. Argentina also expresses its regret and condolences over the life claimed by the attack and hopes for a speedy recovery of those injured.

The Foreign Ministry, through the Argentine Embassy in Haiti, is available to provide assistance for Ambassador Patricio Utreras at this hard time.
