The Government of the Argentine Republic is deeply concerned about the hideous act of irrational violence that took place today in Toronto, Canada, which left several people dead and many injured.

Argentina condemns these violent acts and conveys its condolences to the Government and people of Canada, especially to the families and friends of the victims, hoping for a quick recovery of those injured. All forms of violence are unacceptable and must be strongly rejected.
