The Argentine Government conveys its regret and condolences to the Government and people of Brazil following the collapse of a mine tailings dam of mining firm Vale, in the municipality of Brumadinho, Minas Gerais, which caused many deaths.

Argentina especially stands with the victims' families and hopes for a safe return of those affected to their homes and for a speedy recovery of those injured.
