The Argentine Government condemns the suicide attack perpetrated on 13 February in the city of Lahore, capital of the province of Punjab, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which left 14 people dead and 94 injured.

The Argentine Republic conveys its condolences and solidarity to the Pakistani Government and people and to the victims' families, and hopes for a speedy recovery of those injured.

The Argentine Republic reaffirms its commitment to the fight against terrorism and to the achievement of international peace and security, within the framework of international law and respect for human rights.
