Following the bombing of the Coptic Christian cathedral complex in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, the Argentine Republic strongly condemns these acts of violence and reaffirms its will to strengthen the fight against terrorism, with a view to ensuring international peace and security, within the framework of international law and respect for human rights.

The Argentine Republic also conveys its condolences to the Government and people of Egypt, and wishes a speedy recovery to those injured.
