The Argentine Government condemns the terrorist attack perpetrated on 29 January in the Great Mosque of Quebec City, which left 6 people dead and several injured.

The Argentine Republic conveys its condolences and solidarity to the Canadian Government and people and to the victims' families, and hopes for a speedy recovery of those injured.

The Argentine Government reaffirms its intention to intensify the fight against terrorism, within the framework of international law and respect for human rights.
