The Argentine Government condemns the double suicide attack of 10 January in the city of Kabul, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, committed in front of the offices of the Parliament and seat of the National Directorate of Security, which took dozens of lives and left more than 80 wounded.

The Argentine Republic conveys its condolences and solidarity to the Government and people of Afghanistan, as well as to the victims' families.

The Argentine Government reaffirms its intention to intensify the fight against terrorism and to ensure international peace and security, within the framework of international law and respect for human rights.
