The Argentine Government is deeply saddened by the news of the explosion that took place today on the metro in St Petersburg, Russian Federation, which has sadly left ten people dead and several injured, according to preliminary figures.

The Argentine Republic extends its condolences and solidarity to the Government and people of the Russian Federation and to the victims’ families, and hopes for the quick recovery of those injured.
