The Argentine Government expresses its deep solidarity with the people and the Government of Peru in the wake of the tragic earthquake that hit the town of Caylloma, Arequipa, leaving left several killed and injured.

Today, the Argentine Foreign Minister, Susana Malcorra, contacted her Peruvian counterpart in order to offer, on behalf of the Argentine Government, the humanitarian aid to help deal with the emergency, as well as to convey the condolences of the Argentine people to the Peruvian people, and especially to those affected by the earthquake.
