The Argentine Republic expresses its regret and condolences to the Government and people of Indonesia following the heavy loss of life and large number of people displaced by the floods caused by heavy rains in the metropolitan area of Jakarta.

The Argentine Republic stands with the victims' families and hopes for a safe return home of those affected.
